  • You can use any weights, theu dont have to be smart bar. Many people have bought weights off amazon and use those no problem .
  • So for bodypump you all have those weights? Can they be done with bands only? Seems like alot of investment in those classes.
  • i keep to 2 fried eggs, 5 bean baked beans and wholegrain toast with some tomato on a side. Nothing fancy. but better that oats with fruit fillingwise. i have no time to cook and i hate cooking. so its the best i can do at the minute.
  • i use samsung gear fit 2. its ok, does the job. Not happy that is has va small workout onborad choice. For workouts you choose if its vigurous or not .... hm. had microsoft band before, both. shame they are discontinued. Was going to get a fitbit charge 3, but seemingly their step counter is not great. As for watches, they…

  • My calorie allowance was bigger, but I guess with weight going down, I need less calories to keep loosing. like, if I will loose another, lets say, 15 lb, I cant go lower than 1200 calories . That's a dead end.
  • i am set for 0.75kg lost per week. and exercise or not, I'm set for 1200 per day. not possible for me to follow it. I'm too hungry.

  • second year in a row i'm asking for a husky pup. Aint happening again :(
  • do you have to lift stuff or bodyweight exercises will do? if mostly all you need is abit of definition and help with weightloss or just have to go to gym and lift heavy. For some of us that are not in the lightest form, doing pushups alone is quite challenging. Same as lunges, squats etc. Piyo ?
  • i use my band since april. And i love it !. I don't use it for lifting though. But it has workouts u can build in for yourself in the band and it will track what ur doing.
  • i just push my band higher above the wrist and have a inner gloves that secure it place and then put the boxing gloves on top. Mine has a HRM in it, so its not only steps it counts. not very comfortable, but does me ok. atleast dont have to worry it will fall of or slip away.
  • muay thai and some body combat at home.
  • microsoft band. A smartwatch and a fitness tracker 2 in 1.
  • i do some muay thai twice a week and about 2-3 days of piyo. I dont stick to the program, just what feels right at that day and find it good for stretch and abs. Its good for overall muscle strengh as i am completely out of shape and it is not hard on your joints.
  • I use microsoft band. Soon will be updating for the 2.0 one for its better fit. Like it alot. It tracks sleeps, heart rate, steps, calories etc. loads of different sensors in it. Has a built in exercises, golf.
