  • I am sorry that you feel that way. We all deserve to love ourselves and not feel guilty about trying to be healthy and fit. I am not sure what exactly you are looking for, but I would love to help you if I can.
  • If your sweet baby is only a month or two old. I would find the correct calorie range for you to lose weight and then add 400-500 calories onto that and just drink lots of water.
  • 21 day fix workout done!! I am still surprised when Autumn can kick my butt even after completing 80 day obsession!
  • You can do it!! I finished 80 day obsession and I was so proud of myself. Reach out to your coach or find a different coach that has a private accountability group to keep you accountable and have fun with it!!
  • YES girlfriend you absolutely can!! I would get in with a supportive and fun accountability group for sure!
  • Yes! I love this!! I am a beachbody coach and I totally love the program and products, but mostly I love the support!! I would love to join in or if you are wanting someone to put together a group then I can do that as well. :)
  • My team is fire right now with Beachbody. I have been actively coaching, motivating and encouraging others for about 4 months now and it is starting to make some good money now. I truly just think my pay check is a direct reflection of the amount of people I am helping. So I think I might have a different opinion of others…
  • I know a lot of people start with 21 day fix. It is only 21 days long and the workouts are around 30 minutes long. I am loving liif4 right now and it is only 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes.
  • I know a lot of women start with 21 day fix and see amazing results!! All the programs will always have a mortifier and you can always hit pause! You got this!! We all start somewhere.
  • I just wanted to put myself out here! My team made a facebook accountability group with an amazing group doing 21 day fix and 80 day obsession. I would love to plug more people in who are looking for added accountability. No strings attached, just looking to grow our tribe and help others get the same amazing results that…
  • A huge go-to meal for me is normally brown rice or quinoa or couscous with some veggies and tofu! Once you learn to make tofu where you enjoy it, then it is so bomb! I would chose tofu hands down over meat any day of the week! If you eat eggs then eggs with spinach and mushrooms is delicious as well. Lets see what else. If…
  • Congratulations on trying to make the transition to vegetarian! Although personally I made the switch for personal reasons due to my love for all animals, not just cats and dogs. I do have to say I made the transition pretty quickly and I am not looking back at all. I have been eating a plant based diet for 10 months now…
  • I live a plant based diet and have PCOS as well. I am currently struggling with fertility unfortunately, but I have lost almost 20 pounds now and my doctor believes I am in perfect shape. I do not find it challenging to be a vegetarian with PCOS while getting healthy due to the fact that I do not agree with the way animals…
  • For my easy salads I will do 2-3 TEASPOONS of olive oil and 2-3 TABLESPOONS of vinegar. That mixture really works out for me and I am happy with the way my salads taste. I just add some nuts and feta cheese and it is perfect!!
  • Great job for training for a half marathon that really is a great accomplishment. I was in a similar situation as you when preparing for my first half. During the week, I always had to run after work so I would try to have an after lunch/ pre- run snack which was normally fruit or half a protein bar. Then when I got home…
  • If I am having a good week than my day will start off with a protein powder and fruit smoothie or Quest bar. Then for lunch I would do a nice salad, quinoa with beans and salsa, a high protein tortilla with some beans, avocado, lettuce, etc. Then for snacks I stay with fruits, veggies or a lenny and larry vegan protein…
  • An easy cheap meal for me would be quinoa with black beans and salsa. It will give you some protein and a little spicy in your day without breaking the bank! If you have more time to add some veggies or avocado then that would be an added bonus too. Another cheap easy meal for me is prepping bean burritos so just get a…
  • I make these no bake energy bites and add a scoop of protein powder to the mix for dessert. I love this option because you can make them vegan as well by doing vegan chocolate chips opposed to normal chocolate chips and agave nectar opposed to honey. http://www.gimmesomeoven.com/no-bake-energy-bites/
  • That is amazing! Great job! Keep up the great the work and make sure you are getting a well rounded diet (and lots of veggies).
  • I am closer to 5'4" and my weight fluctuates around 130 pounds. I started changing my lifestyle when I weighed 150 because I was unhealthy and wanted to look better and feel better about myself. Now that I am weight around 130 I look and feel a lot better for my body composition. Although my ideal weight would probably be…
  • I am on a more plant based diet as well. And I have to admit at first, I was super freaked out about tofu. I think tofu gets a bad wrap from meat eaters, but it really is awesome. I would recommend trying it where it is hidden a little bit until you get used to its unique texture. A great place to start is a small…
  • My diet is not perfect by any means, but I have definitely lost 10+ pounds since watching what I eat. Personally, my success comes from counting everything that I put into my mouth and walking my dogs almost every night after dinner. It is a win-win!
  • Do you have an open diary for your friends? If so, I want to send you a friend request. I am transitioning to a plant based diet and I absolutely love it!! But I am looking for meal/food ideas that don't revolve around meat or animal products.
  • Not a recipe exactly.. But my freezer is always stocked with different products from Gardein and MorningStar. Although you will need to read the ingredients on the back to confirm it is vegan due to some of their products being vegetarian. I think these brands offer great, healthy, meat-free options for busy nights.…
  • I think frozen black bean burgers are fabulous for a face pace family. They can be microwaved, taste amazing and make a fulfilling meat free meal. Just make sure to look at the nutritional information on the back to make sure they fit into whatever your needs are, but I normally always a few frozen black bean burger…
