Just completed day 11 of my first Whole 30, and really enjoying it. I'm already beginning to view food in a healthier way, and feeling more energetic and healthy. Planning and preparation are the keys to a successful Whole 30, and can be fun as well.

Hi, I have used both GaiamTV and YogaGlo, and have found YogaGlo to be a much better fit for me. As an older beginner, I really appreciate the beginner series' they provide in various styles of yoga.
