Week 8 Day 1 accomplished, I'm soo close!

This is my last week of C25k and am looking at a pacer app to get faster and bridge to 10K. Glad to be here.

I got one for free and used it all the time until it broke and we got rid of it rather than trying to fix it. It was free. Now I use the treadmill at the gym.

Week 6 Day 2 - I didn't think I could do it and I did. I am starting to finally believe I can complete this and be a runner. I had to use k tape from a slight tweak to my knee at PIYO on wednesday. I need to go to a podiatrist because my left foot has sharp pain on lift off.

I ate pretty good over the weekend, I am going to weigh myself late tonight when I get home. I am hoping to start losing as I changed up my eating plan and started Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer today. Really excited!

I haven't exercised this week, it has been 100+ here in my little part of Oregon so I have been focused on what I am eating. I still have been getting my 10K/5mi of walking in (which doesn't count for me). I hope to get in some pilates before the heat ramps up. Happy 4th!!

I usually make eggs in a muffin pan, freeze in ziplock and heat up for 15-30 seconds like this recipe. Add some toast or oatmeal.
