I have mine as secondary because with me it varies week to week. Some weeks depending on how I'm feeling and how busy I am I will work out 3 to 4 days a week then other weeks I won't work out at all so I figured putting secondary is my best bet.

When I'm constipated I drink more water and work out. Usually when I work out I pass gas and burp and it helps with the bloating! coffee also helps you go to the bathroom

New Jersey and I love cardio. Since starting it 2 months ago I am so happy I have more energy and going upstairs no longer makes me out of breath

Hi! we all fall off the wagon sometimes. We are only human. As long as we keep trying it will all pay off. I'm 25 and I'm 5'3. 140 pounds. I am trying to build more muscle and lose a bit of fat :) I'd love to talk to people who can hold me accountable and vise versa!

I did in the past with my sister who is very heavy but I stopped once I put myself in her shoes. People did that to me when I was big and I hated it so I won't do it to others. You can nicely say that whatever someone is drinking or eating is unhealthy but if they don't care then it's not your problem.

That's great! I wasn't strict with my food at all. I admit I ate a lot of ice cream and pizza and went out to eat to many times. I was worried at first but I told myself "You eat healthy all year..one week of bad eating won't kill you" now I think I went crazy lol. I will, thanks :)
