Losing weight every 8 days?
Has anyone lost weight ever 8 days versus every 7? I think if i eat my weight loss calories 6 days then 1day i eat my maintenance, i could still lose 1 pound. I want to keep my sanity lol. Treated myself and went over
I treated myself today. I ate a cheeseburger topped with cheese and onions. I estimate I went over maintenance calories by 500-700. I usually eat 1800 calories a day to maintain. I'm not looking to lose weight. If I don't work out tonight will this affect my weight?
