I'm not officially new but I have been gone for awhile! so I feel new again

So hello, hi there. How is your weight loss journey? what motivates you? I gained a few pounds over the last few months and I'm seeking to eat healthier and have a healthier mindset about food.

So..you can call me Anne. I'm 25, college student and living with my amazing boyfriend. I'm so bad at introducing myself haha! so yeah lets chat! message me, friend me..whichever!

    My research and my challenge groups motivate me. I do research on people who've had a stroke and how they walk. I don't know, I see them do some pretty amazing things and think, maybe I can do something to challenge myself. My challenge groups are the Hogwarts Running Club (#somuchgood) and the Ilvermorny Challenge with the latter being super health and wellness oriented here on MFP. It's great to have a supportive network. I've gotten to the point where I'm more interested in perma-changes to health habits rather than weight loss to be honest, but it's so gratifying to see that scale move in the direction I want.
