to make sure you don't blow your calories by lunch get protein bars. They keep me full for hours!

mine vary day by day but usually I'll have toast with coffee or a veggie burger with coffee or milk. Sounds odd but i eat whatever in the mornings lol. For your job I would pack fruit and peanutbutter in a container to take with me. It's light, healthy and you won't have to rush to eat.

I am on day 2 of my period and I have drank coffee both days and I'm fine. I assume last month my anxiety was just worse than usual. Perhaps hormones? that's scary because yesterday I drank at least 84 oz of water. I was bloated and sweaty so i thought it was a good idea. I didn't feel sick or anything but maybe if i had drank more that could of easily been me Hope you're better!

I'm not sure but that would make sense. I tend to go number 2 more if i drink a lot of coffee but not so much pee. The only drink that makes me pee a lot is when i drink water.

That's interesting you say that. I lost 100 pounds and since my periods have been lighter. This past year though they have become painful which is new for me. When i was obese my periods were super heavy

I usually only drink 1 cup so that's why I thought I'd just not drink any. I love iced coffee! hot coffee is okay but hand me a iced latte and my whole day is made :D

Like you, caffeine doesn't really do anything to me. I don't get hyper, I don't feel energized. Without it though I'm a monster LOL. Idk why, but maybe like you I built up a tolerance. I also have IBS and coffee helps me go which I'm grateful for. Otherwise I can go days without going to the bathroom. The joys of womanhood.

I use International Delight creamers most of the time. If I want to cut on calories and sugar I'll get sugar free creamer but I've noticed lately that when I do my coffee tastes weaker. ( Has anyone else noticed that?)

I read a study that eating before bed isn't bad, it's only bad if you go over your calories or if you have bad digestive issues as a fully belly will keep you awake. I like to do step ups, running/walking up and down the stairs, and when im not really feeling it I'll make myself walk or jog while i watch tv for an hour. Something is better than nothing! for more ideas Youtube is a great place to look.
