No much to my regret. I hardly eat fruits but I do eat a lot of veggies. I usually have 3 to 4 servings a day.

I'm 5'4 if that helps. I carry most of my weight in my hips. My upper body is really tiny so I guess that's why people assume I weigh less.

When people learn how much I weigh they are shocked. Once, my aunt asked me what size jeans I wear because she had some size 6 pairs to give away and I told her I'm a size 12 in jeans and her eyes got so big! she asked how much I weigh and when I told her she said "no way. You look 20 pounds less!" haha

I know what you mean. I've had men add me only to flirt with me and want to exchange numbers. I have a boyfriend but that doesn't seem to phase them..I only accept men I feel like won't be gross. Mainly though I prefer adding women and talking to them.

I was never sure because in the past I couldn't tell exactly where the weight gain went but I guess because of working out and getting into shape i can easily tell now.

We are all human and humans aren't perfect. Especially with weight loss. Don't be to hard on yourself. Keep logging and do new things at the gym to rev up your motivation. Are your workouts boring?

I understand how you feel because I currently feel the same. Just take it day by day. Try to eat as much protein and vitamins as possible and move a little. Even if you only go for walks. Something is better than nothing right? :smiley:

I think it's mainly a estimate. You shouldn't take it to heart because you won't eat the same exact number of calories every day because we are human. It's a good estimate though because a few months ago it said in 5 weeks I would lose 6 pounds and I lost 5.

I'm in the Atlantic City area. If you come here there is casinos, night clubs, shopping center and the beach. Or go to Brigantine and go to their beach. Or go to Somers Point for shopping and another beach expierence. I haven't ventured to far up north so I can't say what's there.

I stopped looking at numbers and instead look at how my body looks and more importantly, feels. The scale doesn't show the whole story. Don't get caught up in the numbers.
