Vegan Power! Working to take some "meat" off :)

Hey all. Looking for vegan friends on my weight loss journey.
Short-term goals for myself:
- eat 2-3 servings of fruits a day
- eat healthy salads for lunch
- stop eating free meals & bagels from work
- track all my food (even if I go over my goals)

any other vegans? tips or tricks for someone just beginning? favorite recipes?

I love packaged broccoli slaw with half an avocado & fresh lemon juice for lunch lately.
