I use Fitbit for exercise, sleep tracking, calories expended. I use mfp for calories in , macros and progress, They are not linked at all and it works well for me.

@glassyo: yes, dry small spoonfuls dissolving slowly in my mouth makes it a 20 minute snack, if I eat it wet in milk or water it's gone in 60 seconds.

I did this too and eventually I got it out of my system realizing how much random fluctuating goes on in a day (3 lbs for me with water/food/sweat etc) The most consistency in my weight seems to be first thing in the a.m. So now that's the only one I care about and track (plus I like that it's the lowest one lol)
