  • We have http://www.walmart.com/ip/Weight-Watchers-by-Conair-4-User-Memory-Glass-Body-Analysis-Scale/33616453 Like others said, i would not call it accurate. But it isn't way off either. I just weigh myself at the same time, without clothes to make it simple. The numbers are just confirmation for me ~ not the motivation.…
  • @timeyn I took the liberty of looking at your food diary. Granted I don't know what some of those things are, being from the states, i did notice the counts are generally higher in protein and lower in fat. Try reversing this consistently for a week and see if that doesn't move the scale. When i first went LC my pie chart…
  • An electrolyte drink...I must have missed that the first read. If one is dehydrated here in the US, they will simply IV you a saline solution which is nothing but salt water (sometimes mixed with baking soda). Put some quality salt in your water and if you want it to taste better squeeze a lemon and or lime into it.

And just keep on, keeping on.…

I also am not satisfied on fat and have a tendency to eat too much protein and MUST track my calories. What can i say i like to eat. Don't be embarrassed to make cheese chips! They are a life…
  • I think you chipped at a good topic in relation to this subject, sugarbeat. Having the freedom of choice is gonna happen weather it be now or later... In other words we should be striving to raise kiddos with the knowledge of where our food comes from and how it can effect us rather than enforcing a certain way of eating.…
  • I'm just guessing but Maria Emmerich's kiddos probably eat a high fat, moderate protein low carb diet. You can google her and find many *fun & cool* recipes for lunch ideas. As for my brood they eat the same things i do but we are not a carb free home. In other words my husband and kiddos eat pretzels, toast with their…
  • \Who HOO!/ Cathy And it is good to hear that a level of 50 carbs /day works.
  • I'm in...need the accountability (also busy with 8 kiddos and expecting). I have done T-Tapp for a couple years now with great results and in only 20 minutes/day! Just need to get back in the habit.
