I have always wanted to lose weight, but I didn't want to put in the effort to do so. There was a time when I did not have a job, so I found MFP and used it to spend my time when I was not looking for a job....so.... the reason I got into weight loss is a lack of anything else of interest to do.

My average week looks something like this: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: C210K runs, Wii Fit (30 mins) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Swimming (increasing laps like the running challenge), Wii Fit (30 mins) Sunday: Whatever I want. At least check my weight in Wii Fit. Everything else is optional. I also have two different…

MFP is My Fitness Pal. Not sure what TDEE is though...

I love crock pots too! That soup just made me drool a little bit *o* haha. It looks so tasty.

I aim for 1,000-1,200 Net calories. I typically eat around 1,300-1,400 calories though. If you're looking for buddies I'm more than willing :)

It's both sweet and kinda sour at the same time. Sometimes I like to put a little more or less vinegar as it is 0 calories and it tips the scale from savoury and sweet. This rice is super absorbent and sticky and easy to mould, so the texture is different than the grainy texture of regular rice too.

Mmm...those all sound good :3 Sometimes I make 4 cups of sushi rice and use them for rice balls...for more than a week (because it's just me in the house) 4 cups sushi rice 5 cups water 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup sugar Just boil the rice in the water for 20 minutes and I add the vinegar and sugar as a mixture after all the…

1lb ground meat 3 cans of whatever kinds of beans I want X3 1 can of tomato sauce hot sauce to taste whatever spices are in my cupboard (lol) I usually throw this in the crock pot on low, go to school/work, and come home to a delicious chili dinner X3. I don't usually time how long it takes, but I don't cook the meat…

We're basically in the same bracket. I'm at 85kg and used to be 90kg. Three kg in 3 months seems really low. How close are you to your fitness goal? I don't know about you, but I would be frustrated to find out that after a month I only lost 1kg o.e As for tips....keep hydrated (Water Your Body is a good app to help with…

I can't purchase ice cream or pastries anymore....they don't last a full 24 hours. Chips and crackers are like that too. I get unsalted saltine crackers every once in a while because I'm not tempted to eat them. I have no self control and the only way that I can not eat these things is to go cold turkey. I can't have nice…

I'm new. To be honest I hate running, but I wanted something easy to do that didn't include equipment (other than shoes, clothing, and a water bottle). I'm still on my first week, but I do not hate running as much as I did....rather I don't hate jogging as much as running.

I'm between 5'7'' and 5'8'' and being 120lbs has always been my dream....I just want to fit in a size 2 dress size. If I start to see my ribs I'm going to stop though. I'm not willing to hate my body just because I want to get in a dress.

Hello I'm Charlotte. I have 30 kg to lose (because I definitely have to break the mold and use kg!). I'm currently working on my business degree. I don't formally have a binging disorder (though I do take meds for other things), but I am the type of person who cannot buy chips, crackers, or sweets because they only last…

Hey, you'll love it here. Everyone is very nice and only has your best interest in mind. What kinds of games do you play out of curiosity? I also consider myself a gamer :)

I feel pained D: I was pretty skittish all week until the weekend when I was too busy to eat sweets XD I had a wedding this weekend in Niagara (the Canadian side). There was so much to do that I didn't eat too much anyways XD Time to walk more! If it is within a 20 minute walk try to walk or bike the distance this week. If…

I got up to 3,000 calories this week, but I unfortunately did not do the other 500. Darn rest days haha. Pick a habit and abolish it this week! I am limiting my sweets. One sweet a day. I am someone who is always munching on cookies, ice cream, doughnuts, hot chocolate, etc...usually in excessive amounts (at least three…

Mmm that sounds really tasty, hoppa :) I had mostly unpackaged things. 10 Minute rice and tofu were included once, but everything else was cooked from scratch (or at least as from scratch as it can coming from the super market P:) How did other people fare on this one? This week is a work-out week! Aim for burning 3,500…

Lift weights to gain muscle (muscle is heavier than fat). If you go on the muscle gaining route eat foods that are high in protein. Other ways to gain weight is to find food that are very high in calories, but do not fill you up much. It isn't necessarily healthy, but chips (and optional dip) would work great. If you like…

Personally I am having a birthday dinner tonight, so I am going to try eating clean from tomorrow onto next week. We'll see how it goes.

I have never been a big fan of guacamole or avocado. Even in sushi it is pretty hit and miss for me. The spaghetti squash was alright. I am trying to open my horizons to hot vegetables and I probably could have done worse XD. If I were going to choose on a veggie to eat I would probably opt for a raw vegetable though P:…

Alright. How about we try something new this week? I know the people in my household are going to have spaghetti squash this week. I have never had squash, and the only vegetable I have ever enjoyed hot is potatoes. Hopefully this doesn't end badly xD
