Hey all I'm Sahra 27 years old :) tried on every T-shirt in regards the fitness world! Need some positive people/friends for motivation and guidance! Sucks being the only friend on a lifestyle change!!! Currently 83 kg used be over 90 really want to maybe lose 3-5kg every 3 months if anyone has any tips for me id love that thanks and good luck in your journey and feel free to add me :-) x

    We're basically in the same bracket. I'm at 85kg and used to be 90kg.

    Three kg in 3 months seems really low. How close are you to your fitness goal? I don't know about you, but I would be frustrated to find out that after a month I only lost 1kg o.e
    As for tips....keep hydrated (Water Your Body is a good app to help with this). It helps not only when you exercise, but it makes you feel full longer too.
    Also...don't forget to work out the muscles! It will help with the excess skin.

    I dunno, sounds like she wants to lose between 0.5 to 1 lb a week. Which is fine. She could choose to lose up to two pounds a week but it isn't necessary and if she finds the 3-5 kg every 3 months is easy to stick to, then that would be a good plan. Slow and steady.

    Hey guys, yeah when you think about it it may seem small but I've been that person that has been disappointed when weighing in and not seeing a huge drop on the scales knowing I've done everything and more! I've decided aiming to loose 5kg a month is just not healthy anymore :-) so I said I'd like to loose 3-5 kg every 3 months aiming for 5 or maybe more. If I loose 5 kg eevery 3 months for a year thats over 3st weight loss I'd be pretty happy with that over a year! If its more fantastic. And if done slowly your more likely to keep it off! And as for water this week I've been drinking 3-3.5 litres of water a day my body doesn't know what's hit it haha good lluck :-) and if you want to chat just message :-)
