Lol, my planks are less epic than that, but hopefully I'll get to a good place with them.

I actually just want to log it to track my improvement. My confusion is because I goggled "calories burned while planking" so i could add it myself and my fitness pal was the 2nd entry. It has an option to figure it out, but then when I go to my diary, there's no option to choose plank.

Actually, on my chart, it recommended 0 mono and poly, and when I do eat them, it says I went over my goal by exactly the number I ate? But Saturated they have no problem with. Why?
