  • Can't wait to get it cockneylady. Cheers.
  • Many thanks for your input Carpercia, all the responses have convinced me that I made the right decision to buy one.
  • Hi cockneylady2014 I have ordered one online, which hopefully will have arrived when I return home as I am away at present. Hoping it isn't too complicated to use/set-up, I have no idea what some the the comments mean. I guess you have to be using it to understand, or I really hope that's the case. Really looking forward…
  • Your right thorsmom01 getting a bit cranky about all this, have reassessed to go forward.
  • Thanks scorpiophoenix and My_Butt. I am not exercising at all and I guess I get a bit paranoid with the food. I intend to have a much more sensible approach to it in the future.
  • Hi everybody, my name is Pat and I live in the UK. I am 70 years old, have lost 32lbs so far and would like to lose another 28lbs. I am struggling at the moment and like many others would like to improve my weight loss. Let's do this.
  • Lol, but did that affect your weight loss efforts?
  • You are so right, thank you for your kind words. I will not make the same mistakes, just disappointed with myself but tomorrow will be a better day. Hope you are doing well.
  • Brilliant, thank you so much karag413 and kdkyzer.
  • Thank you so much Katiebear_81 and FishyK really helpful posts. Your descriptions of how you use the Fitbit Is really informative. Together with all the other posts it has convinced me, I will buy one. Hi CockneyLady2014 it will be some time before I can let you know how I get on with it as I haven't had the all clear from…
  • This is good to know, because there have been a few reviews who say the HR isn't very accurate, I was going to wear my chest strap as well. At least that way there is no doubt. I will wear it for a few sessions to check.
  • Just had to say thank you again for your suggestion of grated Parmesan cheese. I couldn't get Parmesan when I went shopping and bought Grana Padano. I added more salad veg and grated just 10g, only 39 calories for the cheese, but what a difference it makes.

  • Thank you so much Rytas01, mfermo, Rimfakse, albalegume for such positive feedback. That's great. I will leave it for a few more days just to see if anyone has anything negative to add, but it looks as if I have found the right one.
  • Many thanks for your input mwyvr. I cannot exercise at the moment, and even good fats if eaten in excess will put weight on. I incorporate almonds into my day, but carefully weigh them out and I am sticking to a high protein diet, which seems to be working at the moment. I haven't chosen Greek yogurt all the time, but I…

  • Hello everyone, this is my second week having lost weight previously and putting a third back on. I will send friend requests to all of you, so I hope you accept,
  • Thanks Lecoman much appreciated. If I am using 400 calories daily by breathing, that means I was totally calorie free for the past two days, zero. Yep frustrating. I take it your next decile is into a lower stone range? I wish you the best of luck, you know with perseverance it will happen.

  • Many thanks MissBlunts420. I have to curb my like of cheese but this is a good way of giving tomatoes and pepper a lovely kick, with the taste of cheese.
