This is good to know, because there have been a few reviews who say the HR isn't very accurate, I was going to wear my chest strap as well. At least that way there is no doubt. I will wear it for a few sessions to check.

Many thanks for your input mwyvr. I cannot exercise at the moment, and even good fats if eaten in excess will put weight on. Thanks Lecoman much appreciated. If I am using 400 calories daily by breathing, that means I was totally calorie free for the past two days, zero. Yep frustrating. I take it your next decile is into a lower stone range? I wish you the best of luck, you know with perseverance it will happen.
