I'm going to try and get up before work at 4 am and then work out, it will be hard as I need to motivate myself and that's hard :)

Sometimes I don't feel like working out but after I do workout I feel great

I start work early so struggle to get up even earlier and by the evening time comes in shattered

Ok so when you say enough protein, how much is enough? I'm 5"10, 105 kgs mostly muscle but a nice thick layer of unwanted fat, how much would I need as I get told don't have it, have it, only have it in the morning, only have it after training etc etc so I have no idea how much and when

Vomiting has been going on for a while but I'm seeing a doctor at the moment and taking tests as something isn't right, when I say always eating I mean eating big portions and every 2-3 hrs I must admit my dinner was a late one so that could be a factor of the sickness, I'll see how to take of the privacy as I'm new to…

No I didn't either, only a little short, I was up last night being sick with my dinner so that doesn't help either, no idea what I'm doing wrong
