would you say morning before work, straight after work or evening before dinner or evening after dinner?? I feel like I work out before dinner does me nothing as I get full up with dinner and if I do it after I'm too tired

hi all, I was slim and fit, got injured and put on 6 stone, so far I've lost 1 but hit a plateau, I'm still not sure about eating to lose weight and still struggling to eat as really not hungry half the time, working out everyday which is helping but would like advice if possible Thanks
