I replaced my gym, weight resistance training, with core power yoga. My body is the reisstance and the flow is a good cardio workout and my balance has improved. Much tougher than it looks.

Thats the same problem I've had Kiley. Im active but the late night nutritional choices get the better of me. Im sure we would have better results if we just made better choices. I have greater success when I plan my weekly meals, shop and prepare them on ht eweekends then Im more likely to follow the plan and I can put…
