Hello! I understand what you mean with motivation. To me motivation is a lost ideal, but it's routine and discipline that will endure. If you need an accountability friend or any kind of support, I am here for you! :)

I am 22 and could always use the extra support! I will add you! :)

I am also a runner! If you still need MFP friends, I am here!
-
I also have about 15 more to lose! Maybe more depending on how I feel.

If you need any more accountability, I am here! I bet you will get into a routine soon! Plan out fun hikes with your fiancé, and have active dates, and I am sure those 20lbs will melt off.

If you still need accountability, I am here! Its not easy to go about it alone, and disipline to stick with it can be tolling. I just moved to a small city just north of Jacksonville, FL and I find the heat and humidity here very difficult to work with, in terms of running outdoors (not to mention the freaking sand fleas).

If you still need an accountability buddy, I am around! I strongly believe with the right diet and exercise you could get down to your goal weight within the next 3-4 months. Good luck with your journey!

Hi Kristen! If you need an accountability buddy, I am here! It is usually easier to lose weight and stick to it all with a helpful sidekick. 10 to 15lbs isn't too much, and I know you will be able to tackle it!

Alternating spider lunges and squats. That I just know from personal experience. Everyones body reacts to exercise differently, though, even when trying to target certain areas.

I have two boys- 2 year old and a 9 month old. I feel your pain! Its incredibly difficult to juggle multiple children, and trying to lose weight/get into better shape! I had lost all the baby weight from my first much easier since I only had him, but adding another kid to the mix has added plenty more stress and little…

I do better with an accountability buddy, as well, and if you still need one I am here!

Actually you can completely reverse Fatty Liver. The only thing you cannot reverse is scarring of the liver. But if you reverse the fatty liver ASAP with diet and exercise it will not start to scar your liver :)
