On the app: hit "diary", then scroll to the bottom and hit "nutrition." Once you're there, hit "Nutrients" at the top. so diary>nutrition>nutrients shows your carbs

I've lost over 60 pounds using MFP, but I've since regained ~10 pounds. I plan on logging for awhile just to get reacquainted with portion sizes and healthful choices. Anyone can add me :)

Some things that have helped me: - eating (relatively) low-calorie foods in high volume, e.g., vegetables, fruit, popcorn - finding foods that feel very satisfying to me (and keeping them stocked), e.g., eggs, greek yogurt w/fruit & cereal, bacon - fasting, i.e., eating only between 1p-9p - planning out what I will eat You…
