  • To lose that much so quickly and then gain it back so quickly...could it be you didn't really change habits and realistic behaviour modifications? Evaluate what changes will be be manageable over the long term and move toward those goals. You can do it, just be realistic and think long term, life changes.

  • Don't be too hard on yourself. Set realistic short term goals to get motivated and then be more ambitious:)
