Ive never had thigh gap even at my smallest. And i think you can only get thigh gap if you are built that way. I dont like when my thighs rub together when im wearing a skirt/dress and its super hot lmao. other than that I dont mind it. And i dont try to achieve it.

I did that. Went from 1740 to 1200 and i eat back a small portion of what i burn from working out. Still looking for exercises that target that trouble area.

Congratulations on ur weight loss. I personally havent eaten back my calories because im afraid i might eat back too much. So i dont risk it. I just didnt know if that was something (if u can accuratley accnt for it) i cud do.

So i finally decided to look at the whole diet. The combo of foods does sound ridiculous. I dont quite get the science behind it either tbh. But i did read in the end it has to do with calories.

To b honest i dont know the scientific answer. I just know over the years i have been told or heard people saying i need to lose water weight to help with bloating. I was told women especially hold excess water. I dont know the science behind it though.

Speaking of water weight.... i saw on vitamnshoppes website about water pills.the ones i saw specifically were to b used for 10days. R there other ways to lose water weight other than extreme diets or water pills.

So, how many calories do u eat on ur off days? Right now im doing btwn 1200-1500 exercising an hour 6 days a week. And on avg i am seeing about 2-3 lbs a week. And while i am overweight i am not obese. So idk if going on this diet wud do anything different for me.

Yes. I do hiit everyday. I love how much it kicks my butt lol. My base use to b 1740. But i put i wanted to lose 2lbs a week and it dropped me to 1200.

Here is an example. One day i burned 550 calories. So it looked like this 1200(total) -440(what i had eaten)+550(burned)= 1310 more calories i cud eat. Which was more than i had to start with

Yea i definitely dont wanna b hungry all the time. And i am trying to eat clean. And while 10lbs in 3days sound amazing. I dont wanna sabotage my routine i got going now.

Yea idk why they call is military diet. And i dont know anything about. Or if its healthy. I just know its been brought up to me since my fam and friends know im on a weight loss journey and thought id get input from here

I do exercise vids at home. And the vid gives a calorie burning range from low imapct to high impact. Its a rough est. But usually round down. So far i havent been eating my calories back. I try to stay with my original number.

Ive been staying away from white breads. I love mexican salads. They have canned salmon or tuna. With tomato cilantro onion a little lime. So tasty and filling. I like to add hotsauce to mine. I also like egg whites with fruit yogurt and oatmeal. I always feel so full after these meals. What kind of meals do u eat?

I wish you will power. I had a baby 4 yrs ago. And it was lack of will power that stopped me. I know exactly what u mean. And i guess its just a mindset u have to have. I started my journey 5wks ago and i hope that you enjoy the results of yours.
