Hi. So i recently started adding how many calories i burn while i work out. And i noticed that it adds to my calories i can have for the day. best feeling ever
I loovvveeee when i eat a super delicious, low calorie Healthy meal and i feel soooo fulll. Im like wow. I cud get use to this. Eating good and feeling fulfilled without feeling guilty about it. Clean eating has been the hardest part of my journey. So i definitely appreciate meals that feel u up without the guilt.
