I used to have an Ensure , two eggs , two super buttered sweet toasts , two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches , yogurt with blueberries , granola and honey , and Mac n cheese .

I thought I used to eat a lot too , until I logged my calories and saw it was not even close to being enough per day to gain.

Yeah I made that mistake as well. But it happened for me because I am lactose intolerant and I was drinking shakes , Icecream , ensure and supligen. It made me cramp and it made me gassy (tmi).

I'm a picky eater as well , just eat a lot of the stuff that you like . So instead of one chocolate bar ( for eg.) eat three !

Try high calorie protein powder with nuts/ peanut butter or Nutella , coconut milk , ensure , Icecream . Lots of pasta and icecream

I'm not looking to gain it healthy right now as I'm eating everything that I can that is full of calories , burgers , pizza , soda, icecream , anything . But it's been working for me. When I get to my goal weight then I'll ease into the fruits and veggies and maintain it from there

Calculate how much calories you eat on a regular basis and then eat 200- 500 calories more than that.

I agree , gaining ten pounds for me would make me so happy but to others it's like nothing . It's like gaining weight is no celebration over here .

Peanut butter , whipped cream , potatoes , yams , bananas are 100 calories !!, high calorie protein shakes with added fruits and almonds .
