  • Lol, then I have a problem! I burn a lot of calories during the day and have a hard time meeting a net calorie of even 1k most days. Even without being low carb I had this problem.

  • I am giving it a go now. I am already over my cabs, but it is far less than it was yesterday. But I am making a lunch that is high in fat and protein and low in carbs. Meat is the key, I see that now.

  • What are some high fat foods that I can eat that are still low in carbs? I dont really like butter, never have, and whole milk is just gross. I drink 2%.
