Well...It has felt the best for me this far and that's what I've read from my books. Atleast it makes my eating somehow be easier. This is still under testing though. :) I don't want 100% true scientific facts because I think there isn't one. :) I appreciate your comment!

I eat 6 meals a day myself. Two of them are bigger and other 4 are just snacks. I eat every 2-4 hours and foods are protein rich. I've felt this has helped me alot. Never feel hungry and never eat myself too full :) though someone here on mfp started arguing with me about this calling all this false information. I've read…

Looking good! Keep going. After all this work you've probably learned how to eat and so on. You don't have to think too much about it, do you? :)

You look fantastic

PH. I don't feel like it :) what's your suggestion then?

After workouts I eat proteins to help build muscles/maintaing it. ( protein supplements)

Food timing should be steady through the whole day. Starting from breakfast you should eat approximately every 2 1/2 - 4 hours. Eat smaller meals. 4-6 meals a day ( 2 bigger and 4 "snacks"). Point is that you won't get hungry and when you eat, you shouldn't feel yourself too full (like your stomach would explode). When you…

I have no favourite meals/snacks. Only goal I have is that it's protein rich and tastes atleast ok :expressionless:

I'm at the point where I simply just CAN'T give up. I've trained many years but haven't focused to my eating almost at all. Just the few basics of proteins and so on. Now I've finally got that sector also right and I'm now getting really used to eat healthy and starting to be very automatic already (knowing what to eat,…

I'm eating enough to fill my days calorie needs. Food includes 40% protein (getting it from tuna, eggs, protein shakes etc.), 40% carbs and 20% fat (avoiding saturated fats) of my daily needs. Usual food is for example half plate of salad, 1/4 protein (chicken etc.) and 1/4 carbs (rice etc.) Eating 2400 kcal instead of…

Try bodyweight/calisthenics training. No equipment needed and personally i think it can be more efficient than with all the equipments. I've done it for two weeks now and already see my body getting alot stronger. Used to go to gym 4-5 times a week but after going there for 8 years it started to be annoying always packing…

Calisthenics/bodyweight training. Using "ladder" method. Took about 30-40 minutes and made me sweat like a pig.... Included movements like let me up, let me in, soldier press and normal push-ups. Did the workout outside but still had to take of my jacket because of the heat. And i'm living in Finland where it is always…

Have you tried calisthenics/bodyweight training? With it, you don't need any equipment, just your own body. I fell in love with it after i bought mark lauren's book "you are your own gym". Used to train at the gym around 4-5 times/week for 30-40 minutes with HIIT - method. Nowadays i do calisthenics/bodyweight training at…
