I was quite bad/complacent last week and managed to gain 2lbs... Weighed this morning, 7.8lbs lost in two weeks and my circuit training class done :) planning on doing sprints tomorrow!

So I'm now two weeks in! Weighed this morning and I've lost a total of 7.8lbs on keto :) What I'm most surprised by is how much better I'm feeling day to day - no constant stomach aches, less trouble sleeping. Hopefully this lasts! o:)

First week of keto done! Down 4.6lbs and I feel amazing :) So far I'm not feeling hungry between meals or having sugar cravings (so far), and I even feel like I'm sleeping better. I've made my diary public for accountability so please feel free to add me!
