Yeah sure so I kept to around 1300 cals with low sugar, bread and avoided pasta and starchy stuff. Plenty of protein rich meals. From my experience it just goes when it goes. Obviously plenty of Hiit training and weights should burn fat quickly but when i trimmed up before i looked skinny in the face and neck before it went from the mid.
