Nothing complicated. Caloric deficit and regular intense exercise. Billions spent in an industry made out of a simple rule, eat less and move more. Keep your juice plus and herbal life. 5-6 months of consistency.

Been going since April properly. My first goal was to fit into some of my clothes, then I wanted to run a couple of Km in under ten mins. Then 5 km in under 25 mins. Now its weight training to prepare for an athleanx program. Always break the mountain down into smaller stages.
