Well I am petite size with curves so big arms is not a good look for me. But I will try to take some dandelion tea for water retaining.

Yes I took my first measurements today cuz I didn't work arms. Last worked arms was on Tuesday. I don't know if 2nd day is not a good day to measure if its water retaining. Weight went up actually and I am eating at a deficit.

Yes bloating in my belly when I wake up and during the day...i do eat stuff with a lot of salt which I have been trying so hard to cut less of. But also I have not been going "regular" so I don't know if this has to do with protein as well. I like my supplements it helps me, I'm trying to go hard core slowly though. I…

pre- for energy and vita for lifting then post for recovery and build for muscles. I don't like meats too much but i need to get my protein in somewhere

Well the scale says 148 and bf% days 28% so is 116 good protein intake or is it too much?
