why am I getting bigger while lifting and not smaller?
Hello there, I've been weight lifting for about 4 weeks now and I'm trying to lose some weight but also tone. I have noticed that my arms are getting bigger cuz my shirts fit tight around my arms. Lifting and weight loss
Hey there I'm a female and I need to lose 15 pounds to get to my ideal weight. I just started lifting last week. I do bi/tri and chest on Mondays, back and shoulders on Wednesdays and legs on Thursdays. I do want to lose 15 pounds but I also want to tone. Am I doing this right?
