vitamins and supplements for women that lift

I started weight lifting 4 weeks ago... What kind of supplement and vitiamins should I take? I am currently taking...fish oil omega 3, women's ultra mega active from gnc and cla-core.

    Women need more iron than men due to menstruation (technically a mineral). For lifting though I doubt there's a difference, but other than omega 3 I have no idea what's recommended. (Unhelpful, sorry!)
