Just wanna thank everyone for all your advice!! Went from 1200 calories to 1500 and it worked Lost 2 pounds! So happy, I guess my body was asking for more fuel in order to work properly. Thanks again guys!

Depending what part of the body I'm working on...biceps 25 pounds... Pull down triceps 50 bench press 35 on each side I also do a lot of legs ...deadlifts, good mornings, leg lifts...you get it...

Thank you so much!!! I will take your advice...I think your right, I have to up my workouts. Let's see if eating at 1500 is better since I'm weight training. I do ALL those things...I use pam spray for my foods and I bake most of my meats and fish..so hardly any oils

I have a food scale and I scan a lot of my foods also measure. My measurements are the same for over 6 months but then I see the diff in pix..I see myself more toned but same mearuments if that makes sense.

Well, I weigh, measure everything I eat. I lift heavy and do hiit cardio.. I've been on 1200 diet for almost a year and only lost about probably 10 total in a year! I also drink over a gallon a day. So I'm thinking I'm taking on too lil calories for my active lifestyle. But thanks for the advice.

I was told that pineapple skins boiled in water then drink a cup 3x a day will reduce water, I tried it and actually worked! peed all day lol thats the only negative about it especially if you work at a desk job like me. :neutral:
