  • Frittata's are great. I like a 'thickie' too. Banana, strawberries, skimmed milk and a handful of oats. Sometimes I swap the strawberries for a small amount of peanut butter. Good whizz in the blender and there you go.

  • I agree that you need to eat a little more. Try 1800 calories for a couple of weeks then reassess how hungry you are and how much weight you have lost. Being hungry is a tiring business but not quite as tiring as having two young children!
