So far for me counting calories has worked and I feel it's sooooo easy. I've tried weight watchers and I hated it. I felt so restricted, deprived. It was horrible for me! But since MFP I don't feel deprived at all. I feel awesome! Good luck!

I had the Flex about a yr and a half ago (I returned it after not having it very long) and having something on my wrist all the time did annoy me, so I'm hoping I will be ok with this. I guess I will just have to get used to it! LOL

I have always felt that the weekends are hard for me, no water what program or diet I was on. But it comes down to me not wanting to be fat anymore so now I have to make better choices. It is hard, no matter how you look at it, but you have to make a choice, and drink lots of water! Good luck!
