Sometimes people don't realize when u communicate with them. I have noticed days later when someone has commented on something of mine or someone has posted on my "page". I wouldn't get bothered by it.

I'm with u, I eat what I want but also notice I have been making better choices BUT I definitely eat that ice cream if I want it. I just make sure I have room for it. N Mexican n sweet tea n cake. :) this works for me bc this is a life style change n I'm slowly making changes that work for me!

Good for u! I feel that way myself, why did I stay heavy for so long? Even though I wanted to lose the weight I guess I really didnt want to lose the weight, weird right! I'd like to say yes. But I've been sick for the last wk n a half n I can't work out or walk n I've been eating a little more to help move this sickness along. So I feel defeated n like a failure, before I was so proud of myself n making better choices now all I want to do is get better. It's hard!

Ur body has changed so much bearing a child that u may not even want to be that size again. Sometimes mini goals r good. I would start with 1 lb per week to get u trained on eating at a lower deficient. I started at 192 (1lb a wk) n my mini goal is to get into the 170's (I'm so close). Then I'll create another goal. I really enjoy 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels, I lost 10 and 1/2 inches my first week with this programs. Easy 27 min workout (actually it's not easy) but is an awesome workout! You can find them on you tube
