I didn't realize there were several versions of C25K, I use the Get Running version.

you can do it, it feels so good in the rain, just make sure you don't slip! Be careful!

I was walking approx 4 times a week for 2 weeks before I started C25K. Start it and stick with it, it really isn't that bad! You will feel so accomplished once you start and finish day 1.

I'm not there yet, but u know what I've been doing when I need help I say out loud (and I'm sure people think I'm crazy LOL) I say "no more back FAT, no more cottage cheese legs, come on get in those sexy pants! LOL it helps, try it!

I agree on it being hard if you can't do it 3 days a wk. Your lungs and body need to get conditioned. Hopefully you can get it in more. Good luck

Woooohooo way to go! I start W2D1 tmrw. I'm alittle nervous, I live in the country n my route has several hills that kick my butt. BUT I WILL get through this! :) Again congrats.

If I walk/run in the morning I eat a half of a banana before I go. If it's the afternoon or evening I wait alittle to let my stomach settle before I go. I easily fell like crap if I do anything on a full stomach.

Definitely time to find a new trainer, he should not be telling you you HAVE to run! That would make me not want to continue with him. Do what you want! Your doing awesome!

I tried WW, love all the resources, but HATED figuring out the formula, counting calories is way easier for me. And I felt so restricted, ALWAYS hungry n ALWAYS thinking about food while on WW. Not at all while counting calories. :smile: Good luck in whatever you do!

Thin thighs in 30 days is an awesome program. U can google it. There is a book or u can find the article online with the exercise program. I actually downloaded the book for about $5 n it's awesome! Good luck

Add me as well! We are all in this race together. I am 5'1" and want to lose approx 40 more lbs (I've lost 7.6lbs so far) I started my journey 3 wks ago, this has been by far the easiest way to lose. This place is awesome! C25K is awesome as well if u want to train to run.
