Now I'm confused. I'm set to lightly active but still factor the calories my phone says I burned into the MFP app manually. Nothing is auto synced.

I think boredom is a big culprit right now that isn't helping.

Yeah actually it's like 1200! I have not worked out this past week but track my calories burned from all the walking I do at work which on average is 2.5-4 miles a day. I guess I'm getting caught up by worrying about my fat, carb, and sugar intakes!
