It wasn't too bad actually. I enjoyed the food, gained 5 lbs, but now I'm enjoying my healthy meals. I make room in my calories for more treats than usual for the first few days back to ease those cravings.

Like others have suggested calorie dense snacks are a good suggestion. My husband and I eat about the same meals/portion sizes, especially for dinner, but he adds in a lot of snacks during the day. Yep but usually only if I know I have a special dinner or outing planned that weekend. I'm already on a pretty high deficit (500 to 700 a day) so I don't go too much lower than that, if I'm too miserable I eat because otherwise I can get pretty hangry!

So I generally have 3 servings instead of 4 which makes the calories 93 per 53 grams serving instead of 70. (I'll do the proper math next time) I'm in a 500-700 cal a day deficit right now so I'm not going to worry about what I've already logged but it's good to know for when I reduce my deficit later on!

I have the same problem! I think the serving sizes take into account the liquid because mine says 4 servings and I always only end up with 3. I'm thinking the liquid doesn't have that many calories so I weigh out what the portion size is supposed to be and log the calories accordingly. So for me a serving is supposed to be…

Yeah the previous posters are right unfortunately, training your pecs can help a tiny bit but really you gotta become ok with losing the boobs. Fluctuations are why I weigh myself every day. I use a trend weight app like Libra or Happy Scale to see the overall trend of my weight instead of focusing on the fluctuations.

As long as you are consistent then it shouldn't matter. I always weigh after poop but I'm one who has to go first thing.

I have lost weight in the past down to my goal weight but I wasn't as heavy as my current starting weight. The last time I only had my stars and some other back tattoos and the only change was they got a bit darker.
