I weigh myself pretty much every day but the fluctuations don't bother me. I use a weight trending app and look at the trend rather than the fluctuations.

When I started I picked a weight at the upper end of a healthy BMI. When I get there I will focus less on weight and I may reevaluate depending on how I feel about what I see in the mirror.

Went through my bin of summer clothes last weekend and decided to be brave and try on the swim shorts I emergency bought last year because we were going to a water park and none of my swimming stuff fit anymore, and now they are so big I am swimming in them! (pun totally intended :P)

Hey guys so I'm LOVING P90X3 but I find some of the workouts a bit short and feel like I still have some energy to keep going. Any suggestions on what other video or exercise I could do after, something short like 15 min?

I love cooking, but I hate cooking during the work week so I meal prep on Sundays. Spending a few hours in the kitchen on Sunday and not having to cook the rest of the week is ideal for me.

I just picked a random number in the healthy BMI range to give myself something to shoot for. I don't actually care that much where I end up on the scale, in the end I just want to like what I see in the mirror.

That might be from the Beachbody workouts, they spout that woo to push their 30 minute a day programs. I use their workouts because they work for me, I just ignore all the Woo that they try to push.

I still have all those foods, I just have smaller portions of them. In the same line I hope that losing weight will help my knees, it did last time the pain went away completely. But right now I have to go really easy on some exercises (squats and lunges for example) even if I want to push myself so I hope it goes away again.

On a whim this morning I reached for a dress that I had put way back in the back of the closet because I had "outgrown" it and it fit! It fit so well I wore it to work today :)
