With exercise it took me a little over a year to get from 191 to 140. I could have done it without exercise but I am very short and appreciate the extra calories I get to eat from exercise.

I'm the same! I told hubby I needed new underwear and he said yes you do, I look at your underwear sometimes (while he does laundry) and think there's no way these still fit and not fall off!

My hands aren't too bad yet, I see the tendons more but no veins yet! I think maybe running is making the veins in my feet pop more too.

Nobody told me I would be grossed out by my veiny feet! I'm exaggerating a bit but I was shocked by all the veins the other day LOL!

This is so individual, do what works best for you, there is no magic in working out fasted. I can't workout in the morning because I'm too weak and need to eat first, but I can't eat first thing because it makes me feel sick so I only ever eat around noon. The only time I can really workout is in the evening a few hours…

I only have 2-3 tbsp. a day and I love it soooo much I just make it fit into my calories, I am completely obsessed with hazelnut creamer! Sorry I am not much help! You could try sugar free syrup and skim or 1% milk maybe?

*waves* I'm a new runner too! Just finished the Zombies, Run! 5k training program and started jogging home from work which is 6.5km 2x a week. I'm still very slow and take a lot of walking breaks but it's so nice to jog home instead of bussing!!

Jogged home from work last night!!! 7 km but I got turned around at one point, it should only be 6.5km. I think it will take some time getting used to jogging with the extra weight of a backpack, I took a LOT of walking breaks but my time was not terrible! It took 1 hour, bussing home takes a bit less time plus my workout…

I do the same, add a ton of blitzed veggies especially mushrooms! I have a friend who will NOT eat veggies but raves about my chili, he has no idea it's packed with veggies. I also do half ground turkey.

You will take my Kraft PB both smooth and creamy out of my cold dead hands! I don't care that it's over processed and whatnot I love it and just make it fit into my calories.

Are you still in a deficit? I have heard that the face looks less gaunt after maintaining for a while with glycogen replenishing at maintenance calories.

Not fruitless! I never knew about the relaxed tricep muscle until stumbling on one of your posts, I did the test you suggest and yeah while a tiny bit is still fat most of the flappy stuff is tricep muscle, made me feel better :)

My bodyfat percentage (measured with calipers) is down! I was 35% April 16, this morning I was 33.2% so close to the normal range!

I always go to the grocery store with a list! The only things allowed in the cart that aren't on the list are extra fruits or veggies! And maybe some pantry staples that are on a really good discount.
