Thanks for the article link. Nice to read after the NYT one which seemed depressing! I'm at 7 months so far maintaining my 50 lb loss so hoping after a year it will be better.

I like to weigh in daily. First thing in the morning every day... Weighing more than once a day doesn't make sense, I don't think. I put the weights in the happy scale app because it goes on the trends rather than up and down each day.

So sorry. Lots of good advice about waiting to make a decision and going to counselling. You guys have a kid so you are family. Your decision is yours to make either way but it affects more than just the two of you. Hugs!!! Such a horrible time!!

I found counting calories hard on my relationship with food and made me very obsessed. I do weigh myself daily and record it here. And read success stories to motivate me. It took me a long time but I think I finally found what worked for me mentally and was successful at losing weight. Keep trying up find a balance…

Didn't measure but couldn't wear boots before my weight loss and can now. (50lb loss).

Love fitnessblender! Did their programs all year which incorporate a lot of HIIT as well as strength training. Lost 50 pounds from jan-sept. Mostly maintaining now but haven't been as careful with eating. I'm within a healthy range but would like to lose a bit more.
