  • I started off with biking ..everyday for an hour or so .. Then i started running on the treadmill .. I really cardio vigorously.. I did not do much weight training as i just wanted to reach my weight goal .i did not care much about retaining muscles and all .. Then when i was mobile enough , like near 110 kgs i started…

  • Going off a little bit off the topic of you don't mind . I got really skinny legs for a guy 6"1 inch tall . How can I grow my legs .ive tried nearly everything but it still is as stick as possible

  • I do squats , leg press . Leg press isolation (separate hamstring and thighs ) ,lunges ..and for calves .the calve raise and seated calve raises

  • This 1 hour cardio was on threadmill though .. My main concern is will I start losing muscle Instead of fat .im 89 kgs .. I just need to lose 5 kgs to be my correct bmi .but u don't want to lose size
