Thanks guys :) i dont really eat when drinking anyway.. I just end up in a taxi coming home lol... It is my birthday next week aswell.. Just dont want it to ruin all my hard work lol :)

Ive had 2 csections aswell and i hate the way my stomach looks.. Soo much inspiration here.. Day 5 of level one done. Not half as sore as beginning lol i can get up and down the stairs now :) Loving it and its defo getting easier Hows everyone else getting on? X

Thank you:) obviously if im hungry or its getting to me i will eat more.. Im not gonna put myself at risk of passing out or anything.. Im suprised at how much energy and how much better i feel since i have been dieting :)

I am eating healthily.. Watchin my protein etc.. I just dont see the point in eating when im not hungry? Im duin am exercise dvd aswell so surely that will help tone up aswell

Since ive been calorie counting.. I feel so much better in myself.. Not moody or anything loads of energy lol.. Im also doing the 30 day shred :) I just dont want to wat loads more after im full if i dont feel hungry

I just want to get fitter amd lose at least a stone :) i did a legs bums and tums dvd last week and combined with healthy eating lost 3lbs:) so thort id give this a go :) No pain No gain is the motto on my water bottle thats what im sticking to lol We can all support eachother x
