hey :) been doing this calorie counting and exercising for 4 weeks and have lost 11lbs:) Been asked ona night out at weekend.. Im not a heavy drinker but i like a few archers and lemonades? Should i just give it a miss or feel guilty about it or just go and have fun for 1 night? Thanks

Ive been calorie counting for a week now im allowed 1600 on this app.. Im only just hitting 1000 on some days.. Im not hungry so does it matter that ive got loads of calories left daily?
Before i started i was 89.2 kg which convertes to 14.04 stone... Now im 88.7 kgs which is 13.9 stone... Ive had a loss of 0.5kgs this converts to be 1lb but in stones ive lost 5lb... HELPPP please :)
