Weight conversion?

Before i started i was 89.2 kg which convertes to 14.04 stone... Now im 88.7 kgs which is 13.9 stone... Ive had a loss of 0.5kgs this converts to be 1lb but in stones ive lost 5lb... HELPPP please :)

    1 kg = 2.2 lbs.
    1 lb. = .453 kg
    1 stone = 14 lbs. = 6.35 kg

    Your math on the stones is a bit off in your first post.

    You were 14 Stones 0.56lbs (14.04 stones)
    You are 13 Stones 13.44 lbs (13.96 stones)
    You've lost 0.08 stones or 1.12lbs

    You can type your conversation in question into Google. Such as "1 stone to pounds" and it will give you the pounds.
