Overall I want to lose weight, I realize that if I gain some lean muscle that will not lower my weight. Lol but the fat needs to go! :)

I set alarms on my phone. We have these big plasic cups that hold about 2 cups of water. I drink one when I wake up, one the first half of the work day, one the 2nd half of the day and one when I get home from work. The alarm is just to help me remember if I get to busy. Some days I drink more. For me, the alarm has helped…

I cut most of the pop out all togather. If I indulge, I stick with diet. I think in the last month I can count on one hand how much pop I have had. My general rule of thumb, if I am not eating a meal ... I can just have water. I rarely drink juice or milk anyway. I tend to get full quicker if I am not drinking pop.

Sounds like powdered is the way to go as an add in. I was thinking about this when I added peanut butter to my smoothie this morning.
