Yo. Best advice is to take over today. Just do one thing everyday. I recommend looking up some mobility/flexibility routine online like on YouTube and doing that every morning. It's got to be easy and it's got to be every day. Never surrender.

Sounds a lot like what I'm trying to do! I am doing the 5 big lifts (bench, squats, deadlifts, pulls, overhead) and accessory work (curls, lateral raises, etc). Been feeling great so far! Hope to make some serious gains.

I have mfp linked to the pacer app, and a both are on my phone the steps I take are automatically factored into my calorie allowance. As far as tracking the specifics of my lifts, I do that manually on inotes or whatever it's called.
