I feel ya. Marital issues and ex-marital issues kicked me in the gut too. I lost 40 lbs of progress to that bullpucky. I’m kicking *kitten* now though. You will too!

How I track my weight loss trend:

Welcome! I have type 2 myself. I'm enjoying my weightless so far. :smile:

We have 11 weeks before October (assuming your event is at the beginning of the month) 11 x 2 pounds per week is 22 lbs. It is doable if all goes well. You'll have to commit to clean eating and activity to maintain a 2 pound per week loss.

So it's been a few weeks since I got here and I guess I need to post more often to stay in the relevant activity. I'm not sure. I guess no one searches for Cincinnati much. /shrug If you do come here looking for a weight-loss buddy, feel free to send me a request and tell me where you saw my post.

Hey everyone, I have a question. Anyone here have their doctor increase their dosage of Metformin and how did you feel? I’m trying to figure out if my fatigue is from my meds change or just stress.
